By engaging our travel services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. 1. Scope of Services Athena Travel Solutions, dba Luxe + Comfort, provides travel consultation and booking services, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, cruises, group travel, and bespoke itineraries. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier. 2. Booking and Payment A planning fee may be required before services are rendered. Final payment deadlines and cancellation policies vary by supplier. Clients are responsible for adhering to all payment deadlines to secure bookings. 3. Travel Documentation Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, vaccination records, or any other entry requirements for the destination(s) booked. Athena Travel Solutions, dba Luxe + Comfort, is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation. 4. Changes and Cancellations Any changes or cancellations made after confirmation may incur additional fees and are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel suppliers. Athena Travel Solutions, dba Luxe + Comfort, will facilitate changes when possible but cannot guarantee availability or reimbursement. 5. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip interruptions, cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events. It is the client’s responsibility to review and understand their coverage. 6. Liability Disclaimer Athena Travel Solutions, dba Luxe + Comfort, acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, delays, or omissions of any travel suppliers or third parties. The Agency is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss due to delays, cancellations, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. 7. Client Acknowledgment By booking with Athena Travel Solutions, dba Luxe + Comfort, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. The client also agrees to review all documentation provided and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or concerns. 8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Maryland in which Athena Travel Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
